We we’re approached by the client to transform this small tired detached dwelling into a modern home with integrated space benefiting from traditional fixtures.  We delivered the project by extending the front, rear and side of the property.  The interior lay out was redesigned to give a contemporary feel.  The use of developed space and design was key to maximising results and value.
