Maitland Development Ltd was founded upon 18 years of activity in the construction industry within the NW and became Ltd in 2013. An extensive background in design led projects within restoration, conservation and new build predominantly within a domestic context has developed a reassuring process framed around a flexible and proactive response to construction in what can be a complex client relationship.

Maitland Development Ltd offers personal and individual service with clear understanding of the importance of communication process when liaising between both architect and client. A process which is focussed on good communication and where speed of decisions is key to maintain an efficient programme, effective delegation with full time employees and a dedicated team of validated and trusted sub contractors with an average experience of 20 years provide a dynamic and flexible operational framework.

Phil has the experience to run multiple sites simultaneously with hand picked team each working under the direction of a project manager who works specifically on the project to ensure safe delivery in terms of quality, budget and programme.

Each individual project is self contained and treated independently to be delivered with an extensive knowledge of material, process technologies and appropriate specification.
